Floral design thrives on ideas. Using the existing range of flowers to create new designs that inspire people is a daily challenge. It’s a good thing that new ideas are generated not only by annually changing trends, but also by new flower and plant species, varieties and new products. This refreshes, invigorates and brings innovation – and this is what our industry needs! The 1/2024 issue of BLOOM’s View once again focuses on the 2024 trends in floristry.
It is also the international meetings of creative people that invigorate our industry, such as the recent Fleurop-Interflora World Cup for florists!
Such events, where the best of the best come together, where national designs are presented to an international audience, provide motivating and inspiring impulses! We present the international designers and in particular the new world champion florist – Nicolaus Peters from Berlin – in a detailed portrait.
