Shipping and delivery conditions

We ship only to the countries listed below by default. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be done by mail, GLS or freight forwarding. The respective shipping costs can be found in the table below.

I: Magazine subscriptions

The postage and shipping costs for a subscription are included in the respective subscription price for Germany and abroad. There are no additional costs for shipping.

II. Shipping within Germany:

The flat rate for postage and shipping within Germany is 5.56 EUR plus VAT per order. The delivery time is usually 3-5 days.

III. Shipping abroad

We deliver to the countries below. The shipping costs are flat rate in EUR plus VAT per order regardless of the order value. As long as you have not entered a country as order destination, the system uses Germany as default.

Other countries:

If you want to ship to another country, please write us an email (info@blooms.de) and tell us the item with the quantity and the shipping address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Payment information

I. National shipments

For deliveries within Germany we offer the following payment options:

II. International shipments

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Advance payment by bank transfer

Conveniently transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the reason for payment. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail as part of the order processing. Delivery will be made immediately after receipt of payment.

2. Direct debit (SEPA)

After submitting your bank details and a corresponding direct debit authorization, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account. Please make sure that you provide us with your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary funds. The direct debit takes place when the goods ordered by you leave our warehouse.

3. Credit Card (Stripe)

Pay conveniently by credit card via Stripe.

4. Payment via PayPal

Pay via the payment service provider PayPal using the information stored in your PayPal customer account without having to re-enter your payment information. For more information about payment via PayPal, please see https://www.paypal-deutschland.de/privatkunden/.
